Selection of Prospective Candidates
1. Requirements for lecturers who are eligible to register as Candidate Candidates for Chancellor
a. Civil Servants who have experience as lecturers with the lowest academic position level as head lecturer;
b. have faith and devotion to God Almighty;
c. be at the maximum age of 60 (sixty) years at the end of the term of office of the current Rector, namely July 31, 2024.
d. has the lowest managerial experience as a head of program or other equivalent designations, or Chair of Institution at least 2 (two) years at PTN; or at the lowest level as echelon II.a officials in government institute;
e. willing to be nominated as Chancellor;
f. physically and mentally healthy as evidenced by a Government Doctor's Certificate.
g. free of narcotics, precursors and other addictive substances;
h. each element of the employee performance appraisal has a good score in the last 2 (two) years;
i. not currently undergoing a study assignment or study permit for more than 6 (six) months who has left the tridharma of higher education assignments;
j. is not serving a moderate or severe disciplinary sentence;
k. have never been sentenced to prison based on a court decision that has permanent legal force;
l. educated Doctor (S3);
m. have never committed plagiarism as stipulated in the statutory provisions; and
n. has prepared and submitted a State Officials Wealth Report to the Corruption Eradication Commission or LHKASN.
2. For lecturers who wish to register as prospective candidates for chancellor, they must complete the form provided by the committee.
3. If at the deadline for the closing of the registration of prospective chancellors there are no at least 4 prospective chancellors who have registered and meet the requirements, an extension of the selection period will be carried out for a maximum of 14 working days.
4. Chancellor candidates who have been determined by the Senate of Udayana University as a candidate for chancellor may not resign for any reason.
